A treatment dispute needs the contract, medical evidence, payment trail and a clear account of the remedy sought.
Next steps
Request the treatment plan, consent documents, invoices and complete medical or dental records. Describe the promised result and the actual treatment without assuming that every disappointing outcome is negligent. Independent medical assessment may be needed to establish a defect, injury and causation. A hotel package or intermediary arrangement can raise additional contractual questions.
If further treatment is needed abroad, keep diagnosis, images, expert reports and itemised costs. Explain whether you seek completion, a refund or compensation for harm. A complaint to a health authority and a civil claim serve different purposes; one does not automatically replace the other. Translation, expert examination, jurisdiction and procedural deadlines must be planned around the specific file.

Separate the provider, intermediary and promised treatment
A clinic, surgeon, dentist, agency and package organiser can have different roles. Keep the treatment offer, booking messages, consent forms and invoices together so the contracting party and promised service can be identified. Record what happened without treating an unsatisfactory appearance alone as proof of negligence.
Create a dated treatment and loss record
Prepare a chronology of consultations, treatment, symptoms, complaints and corrective care. Request complete clinical records and preserve original images. A later treating practitioner’s diagnosis, proposed correction and itemised estimate can help explain the present condition; whether it proves breach and causation is a separate expert question. Include travel or treatment costs only with their supporting evidence.
Choose the purpose of each application
A professional or administrative complaint, a refund claim and a compensation action can serve different purposes. The provider, transaction, evidence and legal basis affect the forum and any prior application or mediation requirement. A criminal allegation does not automatically recover a treatment fee. Existing offers should be checked for a settlement or release before acceptance.
Following the matter after returning home
Initial review can use a complete digital file, with originals retained for later requirements. Agree who will obtain Turkish records, arrange translations, assess medical evidence and follow the relevant proceedings. An assessment should distinguish completed treatment costs, corrective treatment and other claimed losses rather than offer a standard compensation figure.
