For a UAE resident, the documents may have been issued in the UAE or in a different country. Identify the actual issuer before choosing authentication, translation or a Turkish consular route.
The issuing country matters more than your current address
A document made in another country does not become a UAE document because its holder lives in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. The authentication chain follows the relevant instrument and legal framework. Check the current treaty position and any legalisation or exemption route for that document rather than assuming an apostille is always available.
Prepare the Turkish part of the matter
For Turkish property, review buyer eligibility, title, seller authority and the payment structure separately. Property ownership does not guarantee a Turkish residence permit or citizenship. If a company is involved, distinguish the corporate owner from the individual signatory and obtain the necessary representation records.
A practical plan from where you live
For family or inheritance work, explain every relevant nationality, place of marriage, residence and asset location. A decision’s recognition in Turkey and its effect in the UAE may require separate advice. English initial communication is available; Arabic-language website publication is planned and should not be read as a promise of Arabic legal representation.
What to include in your first enquiry
State your country of residence, the legal issue in Turkey and any known deadline. If there is a judgment, identify the issuing authority and whether it is final. If property or an estate is involved, give only a general description at this stage. Do not send identity numbers, banking credentials or sensitive allegations in the public form. Formal documents are reviewed through an agreed channel after scope and authority are clarified.

Your country of residence, the document’s country of issue and the location of the Turkish matter may differ. State all three.

Contact and scope
Initial communication is available in Turkish and English. Tell us if you need interpretation. The written scope should distinguish document review, procedural representation, translation, official fees and delivery.
Your first-review planDocument preparation from United Arab Emirates
A resident of the UAE may hold documents issued in several countries. List the actual issuer and purpose of each document before choosing authentication. For a Turkish property or family matter, separate residence in the UAE from nationality and from the country of the judgment. A Turkish legal instruction should state the intended court, registry or transaction step.
Turn the document list into a work plan
For each document, note the issuer, date, original or copy status and the Turkish step it supports. Mark missing evidence and any notification or hearing date. Agree the wording of authority before the appointment, then confirm translation and delivery. The first conversation can identify these steps without assuming that every official act is available remotely.
