- Your current Turkish population register extract and relevant identity documents.
- The foreign document that differs or an authority’s written requirements.
- Existing judgments, name declarations or previous written replies.
- A short chronology and the exact information you want recorded.
The originals, certifications and translations needed will be determined for your specific assignment.
Scope and costs
An initial discussion, detailed document review, certificate application and court case have different scopes. The professional fee is agreed before instruction based on the work required. Court costs, translations, apostilles, notarial or consular charges and delivery may be separate expenses.
