For an international client, clarify who coordinates foreign counsel, obtains foreign law, arranges translations and handles original documents. A low headline amount may exclude the work that makes the case usable across borders.

An agreed divorce ordinarily focuses on jurisdiction, a complete protocol, filing, personal hearing and finality. It can still become complex where the parties live in different countries, need an interpreter, own foreign assets or require a cross-border child arrangement.
A contested case requires pleadings, evidence, witnesses, interim requests and potentially expert examination and appeal. Separate property or enforcement litigation can continue after the marriage is dissolved.

Consular or foreign-notary powers of attorney, apostilles, legalisation, courier delivery, certified Turkish translation and international service are separate practical items. The destination country and document form determine which are necessary.
