A valid visa does not provide an unconditional right to enter Turkey. If admission is refused at an airport, establish whether the problem concerns passport validity, the purpose of travel, an entry ban or another administrative restriction.
Legal requirements and important distinctions
Entry refusal at a border and deportation after admission are distinct measures. Ask for the written decision and available reasons, and preserve evidence of notification. A restriction code alone may not explain the whole measure. Do not apply the seven-day deportation challenge period to every border problem without first identifying the actual decision and legal procedure.
Documents and practical preparation
Keep the passport, ticket, visa, earlier permits and correspondence explaining the journey. Note the location, time and authority involved. If family, health or protection concerns are relevant, communicate the actual circumstances accurately. A lawyer can examine the available decision and representation options, but a consultation does not itself ensure admission or suspend travel arrangements.

After refusal at a Turkish airport
Keep the written refusal, passport and visa, flight details, the reason communicated and any earlier restriction decisions. A visa allows travel subject to the applicable rules; admission is assessed separately at the border. Refusal of entry is not automatically the same legal act as deportation of a person already in Turkey.
If there may be mistaken identity, assemble the documents connecting old names and passports. A new ticket or renewed passport does not resolve the previous record. Establish which authority made which decision before choosing administrative review, court proceedings or a further visa application. A representative can assess the case while you are abroad if the mandate is suitable.

Frequently asked questions
Can paying an old overstay fine guarantee airport admission?
No. Payment does not necessarily remove a separate entry ban, restriction or other ground for refusal.
General information. It does not replace an assessment of your individual case.
